About Norfolk Chiropractic
Norfolk Chiropractic was founded by chiropractors Apryl Aylott and Jack Fordyce to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a professional and welcoming environment. As the clinic’s practising chiropractor, Jack provides expert, hands-on care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Treatment focuses on relieving symptoms, addressing contributing factors and supporting lasting improvements in movement and function. Depending on individual needs, care may include chiropractic treatment, rehabilitation exercises, movement advice and lifestyle guidance.

About Jack Fordyce
Master of Chiropractic (MChiro)
After seeing firsthand the impact chiropractic could have on someone’s quality of life, Jack developed a strong interest in the profession and its potential to help others.
He studied at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC University College), graduating with a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) following five years of full-time study.
Jack’s professional experience spans both clinical practice and elite sport. He has worked with a wide variety of patients and was part of the first-team environment at AFC Bournemouth as a First Team Massage Therapist, working alongside other healthcare and performance professionals to support player recovery and rehabilitation. The experience further developed his understanding of injury management, movement and the physical demands of high-level sport.
Jack takes a thorough and considered approach to chiropractic care. He believes that good care starts with listening, understanding the individual and clearly explaining what may be contributing to their problem. From there, his focus is on providing care that is appropriate to each person, their circumstances and what they want to achieve.
Away from the clinic, Jack enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, football and spending time outdoors.
